Lines and Minutes

Quite simply, we facilitate the need to be ‘always connected’ while ensuring that you don’t pay more than you need for an over-specified line.

Lines and Call Plans

We source a full range of telephone lines from analogue, SoGEA, ISDN2, ISDN30 and SIP Trunks. At present the industry is shifting away from analogue and ISDN with Openreach looking to shut down both delivery methods by 2025. If you are looking to make the jump now, we can assist. Alternatively, we will maintain any existing analogue or ISDN circuits until you are ready to make the change.

The Simple Plan

The Simple Plan benefits from:

Simple? We think so!

SIP Trunks

A SIP Trunk is a delivery method for telephone calls that allows the placing of outbound calls and the receiving of inbound calls using an internet connection, rather than using an ISDN line. They are fast becoming the standard technology that allows businesses to make and receive telephone calls without the need for an expensive ISDN circuit. The Quality of Service (QoS) has contributed to its increasingly widespread adoption. Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is used to set-up and ‘tear-down’ telephone calls over IP networks, including the internet. It is this VoIP protocol that is most widely supported by modern devices, including IP-enabled PBXs.

Carbon Neutrality

IP Office Ltd announces plans to be carbon neutral at least by the end of 2025, by both reducing and offsetting its carbon emissions. The commitment reflects the focus toward becoming a more sustainable organization by improving environmental performance and driving long-term, sustainable growth.

To achieve carbon neutrality, IP Office Ltd will focus on areas including reducing travel emissions, sustainable procurement practices and purchasing more renewable energy to power offices, for example wind or solar energy. It also plans to purchase carbon credits to offset the carbon footprint and invest in projects that reduce carbon.

Protecting the planet for future generations is an important issue for people and becoming carbon neutral is a first step forward on the sustainability journey.

We encourage our supply chains to reduce carbon wherever possible and we look to work with those companies that demonstrate this in their procedures.
