They took out an old BT PBX and we went with the AVAYA IP500. Full installation, configuration and support for 30 handsets using everything from PSTN, ISDN and SIP. 10 years on and we have seen many changes in technology, upgrades and we are now fully virtulised and supporting over 300 devices over four sites. The team are fantastic (i remember a PSU blowing at 4pm on a Friday, onsite Saturday morning to replace). IPOffice have had to re-tender for contracts but time and again it comes down to the relationship and the service you receive. IPOffice are very much seen as a partner, not a supplier. New system Recently purchased a new Hosted telephone system. It has been great, I now have my phone at my desk and on my mobile. Dealt with the sales manager who was very knowledgeable, and the customer care team have been very attentive.
