We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and driven individual to support our Customer Care Division. The role is predominantly cold calling in order to validate our existing client database as well as seeking out opportunities to book appointments for our field sales team. Part of the role will involve preparing documents for our customer care division in order to speed up the sales order processes.
No previous experienced required in telecoms but a bright cheerful telephone manner is a must.
