An up and coming League 2 Football Club operating with an outdated PBX. The system was not coping with the increased demand for ticketing, publicity and multimedia requirements.
A new Avaya telephone system incorporating Sip trunks delivered over a 100mg leased line and backup ISDN circuits, delivered a scalable multimedia solution. With the capacity of the Leased Line the club now has full broadband coverage at the training ground allowing the team to perform to their latest match analysis.
A state of the art communications platform that has reduced cost, increased efficiency and futureproofed the club for 15 years. With a broadband circuit at the training ground the club are able to run extensions from the ground and use them as true extensions of the main system.
Part of the outcome has also been a budding partnership which has seen IP Office become the main stand sponsor.
